Stephen Nkonu’s passion for real estate began when he searched for his first home. Walking through various properties, he was captivated by the potential each home offered. After turning his first home into an investment property upon upgrading to a family home, real estate quickly became a part of every conversation, and his enthusiasm for the industry only grew.

With several years of experience in real estate investment, customer service, and contract negotiations, Stephen is dedicated to providing top-tier care and service. He understands that buying or selling a home is a significant milestone and is committed to ensuring his clients’ experiences are smooth, successful, and stress-free.

Having relocated multiple times, Stephen has firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to move to a new neighborhood, town, or country. He speaks fluent English and French and has lived in Belgium, the UK, and the United States (with seven years in Delaware). He has also traveled extensively, including to Dubai, China, Turkey, and Egypt, which has given him a deep understanding of diverse cultures, needs, and the challenges of building a new life in a different place. Stephen draws on these experiences to guide his clients through a smooth and enjoyable process.

A family-oriented individual with four children, Stephen enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with churches, whether it’s helping with food distribution or offering assistance wherever needed.
