Kim has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years with experience in existing home sales and new construction.  A top-producing sales associate and settlement coordinator for a majority of her career, Kim also has a background in sales administration, multi-media marketing, and accounting.  

 

A graduate of Caesar Rodney Senior High School, Kim grew up in the Dover and Camden areas, making her home at the beach in 1988. A resident of Ocean View, Kim is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce, and the American Association of Notaries. She specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, second-home buyers, investors, and retirees with their real estate needs.  

 

Kim enjoys spending time on the beach, running, Yoga and Pilates, and is a motorcycle enthusiast. A self-professed social media expert, Kim maintains a beach and healthy lifestyle page on Facebook. For the love of balance!
