With over 30 years as a store manager in the retail industry working with customers, clients and employees, there is one thing that I have learned; which is that you treat your employees and customers like family!

 

During my career I have sharpened my listening skills, patience and empathy while improving my attention to detail and organization. With that expertise I enjoy creating relationships with my clients and being their trusted adviser. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and I pride myself on creating a smooth transaction and more importantly, providing my clients with a great experience by being motivated, focused and driven.

 

When not satisfying clients, I love to spend my time traveling with my wife, competing in Spartan events, biking and running half marathons. We especially love running Disney events and spending some additional time taking in the sights - they just make it magical and it’s my philosophy to mirror that with my clients.

 

I am a member of the Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate team and I am a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware holding memberships with the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
