What is Home-Link®?
Home-Link is our one stop shopping service for homebuyers and sellers that provides savings, choice and convenience during and after the home "event" — all facilitated with the help of your own Personal Move Coordinator (PMC) at Patterson-Schwartz and all available at no charge to you. Our alliance of preferred businesses offer exclusive benefits to you in the form of product or service discounts, rebates and service guarantees, each having earned the right to be part of Home-Link because of their commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
How do I utilize Home-Link?
There are four ways to take advantage of our Home-Link service:
- Home-Link Online - access our extensive vendor database by clicking above on the "Home-Link Partners" tab.
- Call our Home-Link center at: 302-234-6065 or 877-408-1166.
- Contact us now by email!
- Once you begin the process of buying or selling your home your Patterson-Schwartz Sales Associate may notify our Home-Link service center. A Home-Link PMC will then call to introduce him/herself, and describe the various discounts and benefits to which you are entitled.

Q: How do I access the Home-Link Online vendor database?
To access our on-line database, simply click on the 'Home-Link Partner' tab above. You will be presented with a list of service categories. When you click into a category you will see a list of all the companies within that category. Clicking a specific company will provide you with detailed information on the services provided by that company.
Q: How do I add a Home-Link Partner to 'Home-Link Favorites'?
While looking at the detailed listing information for any Home-Link Partner, simply click on the "Add to Favorites" button on the right of your screen. You may then continue browsing and add other Home-Link Partners as you view their listing. When you are complete with your selections click on the Home-Link Favorites tab to see a list of Home-Link Partners selected. From this point you may email us by clicking on Contact Us Now to request more information or place a service request. A PMC will be in touch with you based on your preferred method of contact provided on the Information Request.
