Marge joined the Relocation Team in 2001 after working as an assistant to one of our Broker associates since 1998. Prior to coming to Patterson-Schwartz, Marge was an Administrator and Investor Relations Coordinator at a utility company for over twenty-five years. Marge is the primary contact for real estate brokers and relocation management companies who refer customers to Patterson-Schwartz, and works closely with our Sales Managers to connect qualified agents with individuals and families relocating to our area. In addition to holding the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Certified Coordinator designation, Marge has both Delaware and Pennsylvania real estate licenses.

Linda has been with Patterson-Schwartz since her family was transferred to Delaware in 1995, and worked in Property Management prior to joining the Relocation Team. Linda is responsible for assisting customers with real estate needs outside our market area by providing referrals to qualified real estate brokers throughout the United States. Linda holds Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's Certified Coordinator designation, and a Delaware real estate license.

Sam is active with the local and state chambers of commerce, the Wilmington Visitors Bureau and the World Trade Center Institute, serving as a resource for real estate information requests. He has also developed our Global Services Program, which provides settling-in services for individuals and families moving to the US. Sam has been in relocation since 1989.

Her ability to empathize with foreign nationals combined with her comprehensive knowledge of US customs, society and current events makes the settling-in process a pleasant experience for international transferees.

Sam is the primary contact for all corporate accounts, and has established relationships with local, national and international employers who transfer people in and out of our market area. Sam maintains extensive files on each corporate customer's relocation policies and practices, and calls on them regularly to evaluate their business needs. He coordinates both individual and group moves for our corporate clients. Sam is active in the local business community, and is responsible for new business development and our Global Services Program. He has 10 years experience in the relocation industry.

Theresa manages each listing throughout the process, including pre-marketing, acquisition, inventory management (R&I) and closing. She is the single point of contact for corporations, banks and relocation management companies with third-party listings.

Dawn joins the Relocation Team with 15 years of experience in the banking industry in mortgage and investments. She works with Theresa on all aspects of our Corporate Homes Sales Division, including management of corporate homes and REO properties, providing pre-marketing and Broker Price Opinion services to third party relocation companies, and coordinating the activities of the service providers contracted to perform work on our clients' properties.

Pat has worked in our Corporate Homes Division since 1997. She is responsible for all aspects of the accounting, billing and collection functions related to our Corporate Homes and third party inventory.
