The Patterson-Schwartz Relocation Center was established in 1978 to handle the unique needs of corporations transferring employees in and out of our market area. Today, we are the largest independently-owned and -operated relocation center in the Metro-Wilmington market.

Since its inception, the Relocation Center at Patterson-Schwartz has provided quality relocation services to individuals and corporations in Delaware and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania and Maryland. We understand the challenges involved in relocating, and are committed to providing service that exceeds expectations.

Home Sale

If you need information on selling your present home, let us know. If you're relocating out of our area, we will help identify a Patterson-Schwartz Sales Associate to work with you. Together, we will provide the following services in order to minimize days on the market while achieving the highest price possible.

If you are moving into our area, we can also help with the sale of your present home. As a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a 1000-broker strong referral network, we have a working relationship with a real estate company in your area which will provide excellent service. We can assist you in identifying a real estate agent to sell your home, and will help coordinate the details of the sale of your current home with the purchase or rental of your new home. In addition, we can get you substantial discounts with first-rate national moving van companies. And, if you'll need temporary housing in our area, we can arrange that, too.

If your relocation involves school age children, finding the right schools is a major consideration. The Patterson-Schwartz Relocation Center can access a national public school database, allowing you to conduct an "apples to apples" comparison of your current school system against our local schools. In addition, we maintain a comprehensive database of private and parochial schools, including information such as ages served, tuition/fees, uniform requirements, special programs available, sports teams, etc.
