From keeping our streets clean by picking up roadside litter, helping to build homes for disadvantaged families, to serving on various charitable boards and committees, members of the Patterson-Schwartz family have an extensive history of individual involvement and personal commitment.
In addition to lending a helping hand, Patterson-Schwartz donates a portion of the proceeds from every real estate transaction to the Patterson-Schwartz Foundation which provides support to numerous local charitable organizations, ranging from social services and health care research to youth programs and garden clubs. Since it’s inception in 2001, the Patterson-Schwartz Foundation has donated nearly $1,000,000 to local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, New Castle Public Library, Mary Campbell Center, March of Dimes, Children and Families First, Delaware Nature Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Cancer Society and many more.
