This training program, Successful Start, is designed to give Sales Associates all of the skills and information needed to launch and grow a thriving real estate business. You will learn how to develop a business plan, make listing presentations, write contracts, negotiate offers, manage your time, market yourself, adhere to high ethical standards and serve your clients well. You will also learn, through hands-on practice, how to utilize technology tools to maximize your productivity. Intensive classes are taught in our training center by Patterson-Schwartz' experienced management team, who share practical information that you will be able to put to use immediately.
Your training doesn't end when you graduate from Successful Start. In fact, it has only begun. A career building program will help you get your business started and ongoing coaching will help you maximize your success.
You will also benefit from in-house continuing education classes that are offered at no charge. These classes make it affordable and convenient to fulfill your continuing education requirements.
