Welcome to My Home Delivery. With this feature you will be able to save the details of your property search and automatically receive e-mail updates when additional properties meeting your saved search criteria come on the market.

How My Home Delivery works:

• Search for all area MLS properties meeting your criteria from Area Home Search.
• When you receive your search results, click on the My Home Delivery link at top of the page, or on the text Save this Search. This will prompt you to register to create your own My Home File. Once created you can save your search criteria details and begin to receive e-mails as new properties come on the market.

Patterson-Schwartz updates their property database continuously throughout the day, and sends out e-mails for new listings matching saved searches based on your preference - once a day or once a week.
